Wedge-Shaped Brown Titanite
Description
Shiny, wedge-shaped crystals of brown Titanite with very sharp edges embedded in an amphibole-rich matrix. From the recent finds of Glenn Rhein in Amity, New York, where these are almost invariably associated with Scapolite and Diopside. The individual crystals are quite large for the species.
