This is a huge gem crystal, read-through in clarity and transparency, of Diaspore. Most collectors would consider these historic mines of Turkey to be the premiere source for gem Diaspore crystals of any significance. Crystals this size, showing such clarity and this classic rich greenish-brown color, are hard to obtain.
