Description
Milky Quartz matrix overgrown with transparent needle-like green Brochantite crystals (looks beautiful under magnification). This specimen was originally labeled Blanchardite, an obsolete name for Brochantite. Ex. Ora Blanchard in 1964.

Blanchard Mine, Hansonburg District, Socorro County, New Mexico (Type Locality for Blanchardite)
