Isomorphous
Describing two or more minerals that have the same crystal form (meaning that the molecular arrangement is identical) but their specific elements are different. Isomorphous minerals contain different elements arranged in the same arrangement and number, such as Calcite (CaCO3) and Siderite (FeCO3), where the Calcium (Ca) and Iron (Fe) are interchangeable.
