Description
Translucent greenish-blue Smithsonite crystals in spherical aggregates to 10 mm diameter. The surfaces of the Smithsonite aggregates have a silky luster due to microscopic crystals faces, in parallel orientation, on the surfaces.
Locality
Kelly Mine, Magdalena, Socorro County, New Mexico.
