Gray-White Meionite in Quartz
John Betts - Fine Minerals
Elongated gray-white Meionite crystals embedded in Milky Quartz from the
old locality first described ca. 1823. These specimens were frequently
mislabeled as Petalite based on early descriptions, but Palache
clarified the mineral species in 1923.
