Yellow Sanidine from Madagascar
John Betts - Fine Minerals
Classic specimen of gem-grade, nearly flawless yellow Sanidine with crystallization patterns on the crystal faces. The Sanidine crystal has a square cross-section with complex termination. These minerals were previously thought to have been Orthoclase, but recent analyses have determined them as being Sanidine.
