Well-Formed Brownish Hornblende

Single crystal of brownish Hornblende with terminations at both end (but the bottom termination has a concave area where another crystal group intersected the termination). The crystal surfaces have a fibrous sheen running parallel to the c-axis. Ex. John A. Manley ca. 1890s.
