Large Scapolite Crystal with Augite
Description
An large and exceptionally formed, opaque Scapolite crystal perched aesthetically on contrasting iron-stained Augite crystals, from the Glenn Rhein find in Amity in 2010. This is likely the best Scapolite crystal of the find. The crystal has dendritic patterns on the crystal, typical of the Scapolite found at this locality.
